S.T.A.R Puppy
AKC S.T.A.R Puppy is the puppy level of the CGC program. “S.T.A.R.” stands for Socialization, Training, Activity, and a Responsible owner, all the things every puppy needs. Requirements: Under 12 months old, completed 6 week puppy training course.
Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
The CGC Program is a two-part program that is designed to: 1) teach responsible dog ownership to owners, and 2) certify that dogs have the training and behaviors needed to be reliable, well behaved members of their families and communities.
